I've met some researchers online whose lines are obscure.
If you have any info on any of these lines, please contact.

The following researcher's line is a close DNA match of mine
Generation I
Earliest known ancestor was William A. (Alexander) Barnett born July (15 Jan 1858) 1858 somewhere (maybe Maury Co.) in Tennessee. His parents were both born somewhere in Virginia.
(Father was Walter A. Barnett born TN Mother; Elizabeth Nowlin born TN)
They were married in Maury County, TN. 14 Apr 1880 – I found marriage record in TN records, then marriage license.)
He married Elizabeth (Nowlin) about 1885 (1880) possibly in Texas or TN. She was born somewhere in Tennessee in September 1861. The family is listed on the 1900, 1910, 1920 census in Hunt County Texas.
Children were: Lillie born February 1885 in Texas Bertie born December 1889 in texas Ester born April 1896 in Texas Ivie born April 1898 in Texas and Walter Grafton born 1908 Hunt County Texas
Generation II
Walter Grafton (nicknamed Spider) Barnett born 1908 Hunt County Texas died 1972. Married Marilyn Lee Tot Fowler who was born Warika Oklahoma and died 1996. They owned a restaurant in Celeste area of Hunt County.
Generation III
3 sons all living in 2004
(There were Barnetts & Nowlins in Buckingham Co., Virginia. In the 1800 tax list there is a David Nowlin. There was also a James, Francis, David & Abraham.)
This is the information from a descendant I met online
(in her words:)
Charles Darwin Barnett b. 1935 Little Rock, Ark. d. 1994, Columbia, SC.
Ernest Leo Barnett b. 1904 Illinois (I think) d. 1982 Columbia, Only son.
Darwin Otto Barnett b. 1882 Saline Co. Illinois d. 1950 (not sure where)
Isaac Edmond Barnett b. abt 1859 Saline Co. Illinois d. unknown but after 1880 and wife remarried about 1892. He was a school teacher.
Edward Barnett b. about 1835 Gallatin Co. Illinois d. Battle of Ft. Donelson in Tennessee Feb. 1862.
Had a brother named Edmond Barnett who also went to war and re-enlisted. No other Barnett brothers, only a sister.
Half siblings were named Owens from their mother's earlier marriage.
Joseph Barnett b. about 1800 don't know where d. Saline Illinois before 1850
David Barnett b. about 1770?
I am assuming that Joseph is the son of David based on an early census (I think 1820) where there was Joseph, Bazel, David and maybe one or two more Barnetts - Zadock? all next door to each other. I heard from a descendent of Bazel that David Sr. was his father. She guessed that they had to be brothers and that David was the father of them all. I think it fits the earliest census. But I don't know where Joseph and David were born. If David is the one from the line of the history you sent. It would go:
David Barnett b. 1766 Augusta Virginia d. 1845 (This would fit with the David Barnett in Gallatin (now Saline) Ill.
James Barnett b. 1736 Amherst, Virginia d. 1808 Montgomery, Virginia (I have seen this one in the tree but no indication of where he went or what happened to him. This seems to be the key to my mystery.
Robert Barnett b. 1701 Derry, Ireland d. 1772 Amherst, Virginia
John Barnett b. 1768 Londonderry, Ireland d. 1734 Lancaster, Pa.
William Barnett b. 1641 Londonderry, Ireland d. 1709 Londonderry, Ireland
William Barnett b. 1600 Scotland d. 1652 Londonderry, Ireland
